If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day refund policy for unopened products, as well as additional protection for users who follow our hygiene recommendations. If a product is damaged or you have another problem then please contact us.
Eligibility for Refunds:

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Special Guarantee for Full Guard Spray:
If you use Full Guard Spray before and after every session and still get a documented skin infection, we will:

Refund your order in full.

Send you £100 as an apology for your inconvenience.
To claim this guarantee:

You must provide proof of consistent use (e.g., photos or videos of the product in use).

A certified doctor’s note or test result confirming the specific skin infection is required.
