30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Full Guard Spray. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day refund policy for unopened products, as well as additional protection for users who follow our hygiene recommendations. If a product is damaged or you have another problem then please contact us. 

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  2. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  3. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.


 

Special Guarantee for Full Guard Spray:

If you use Full Guard Spray before and after every session and still get a documented skin infection, we will:

  1. Refund your order in full.

  2. Send you £100 as an apology for your inconvenience.

To claim this guarantee:

  • You must provide proof of consistent use (e.g., photos or videos of the product in use).

  • A certified doctor’s note or test result confirming the specific skin infection is required.

  • This offer is made in good faith. Please don’t try to scam us—we’re serious about athlete safety and fairness.


 

How to Request a Refund or Guarantee Claim:

  1. Contact us at hello@sportshygiene.com with the subject line "Refund Request" or "Guarantee Claim".

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and supporting documentation (e.g., proof of unopened product for refunds or proof of infection for claims).

  3. For unopened product returns, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
