It only takes 15 minutes to get an infection...

In contact sports, athletes are at risk of contracting several skin infections due to close physical interactions and shared equipment. Left unchecked these infections can cause serious health issues and even force a gym to close, or leave you requiring urgent medical treatment.

These infections can be caused by bacteria, viruses, or fungi. Here are the main types of skin issues athletes might encounter:

  1. Bacterial Infections:
  2. Viral Infections:
  3. Fungal Infections:
  4. Parasitic Infections:

Athletes can reduce their risk of infection by maintaining good hygiene, using protective barriers (like moisture-wicking fabrics), not sharing personal items (towels, clothing), and practicing proper wound care. With Full Guard you give yourself a powerful barrier to use at any time when you train. Stopping infections in their tracks.

Coaches and trainers often enforce strict hygiene protocols in team settings to further prevent the spread of infections.

One Spray Could Save your Training

In combat sports, skin infections don’t just hurt - they steal your mat time. Close contact creates the perfect storm for bacteria, viruses, and fungi that can bench athletes and shut down gyms.

Full Guard is your defensive weapon. One spray creates an instant shield against bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic threats. While others tap out to infections, you stay training.

Used by leading gyms and champions who know: prevention isn’t just smart - it’s essential.

FAQs

What is Full Guard?

It's a natural spray that will obliterate your chance of getting a skin infection when sprayed on exposed skin and gear before and after training.

Do I need antifungal cream as well as Full Guard?

Full Guard is a preventative product. Our unique HOCI spray is highly effective at killing the fungi responsible for ringworm and can help stop it from spreading. However, for established ringworm infections, a targeted antifungal cream may still be recommended for faster recovery. Using Full Guard alongside treatment can reduce reinfection risk and protect others in your gym.

Does Full Guard kill the good bacteria on my skin and damage the skins microbiome?

No, Full Guard (95% pure HOCl) is designed to target harmful pathogens like bacteria, viruses, and fungi, but it does not disrupt the natural microbiome of healthy skin any more than taking a soapy shower. HOCl is a naturally occurring compound in the human immune system, meaning it works with your body’s natural defenses rather than against them.

Do I still need to shower after using Full Guard?

Yes, showering after training is always recommended for full hygiene. However, Full Guard is your first line of defense—apply it immediately after training to kill harmful bacteria and protect against infections until you can shower you smelly git.

What is the difference between this and soap?

Full Guard offers advanced protection that soap can’t match. While soap cleans the skin by washing away surface dirt, Full Guard’s hypochlorous solution eliminates 99.9999% of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores on contact. It’s fast, effective, and specially designed to reduce the risk of skin infections during and after training.
