We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find delivery times and costs for each region we ship to. All orders include tracking. We are a small business, so patience is appreciated during busier periods.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed with 24 hours of confirmation Monday to Friday (Excluding bank holidays). And we aim for everything to be shipped within 48 hours at most. Delays may sometimes occur during busy periods.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (outside the UK), any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. These charges are set by your local customs authority and vary by country and order value, so we're unable to tell you the exact amount in advance.

We'd recommend checking your country's customs regulations and any applicable thresholds before placing your order, so there are no surprises when your parcel arrives. Any additional charges will usually need to be paid to the courier before delivery is completed.
