The process
How it works
From sign-up to badge on the wall in about a week.
- Choose and check outPick your box, how often it comes, and your welcome pack. It all happens online in a couple of minutes.
- Your kit arrivesYour welcome pack is posted to you: the first aid kit if you chose it, posters, leaflets and your badge. Your first box ships from our warehouse. Both usually within five working days.
- We set you upWithin seven days we confirm your gym and build your gym page, directory listing and course access. If you already have a first aid kit, we'll ask for a photo of it first.
- Put it in placePosters in the changing room and at the entrance, the kit on the wall by the mats, mat cleaning on the daily rota, a coach through the skin infection course, and the badge in the window.
- Tell peopleWe share a post welcoming you as a CSH Safe Gym, and you share the badge. New members and parents see it before they walk in.
- Stay stockedYour box arrives every month or every two months, so the mat cleaner and sprays never run out. No reordering. Change or cancel any time.

Your box, every month or two
- Every box has a 5L Mat and Gym Floor Cleaner. Mixed four parts water to one, it makes 25 litres for full sanitisation, or dilute it further for a lighter everyday clean. No rinsing, kind to mats.
- Then pick the box that fits your gym: Standard (Full Guard, Gear Guard and soap), Mat Heavy (a second 5L mat cleaner), Kit Care (Gear Guard for gloves, pads and headgear) or Skin Care (Full Guard and soap for the mat edge).

Questions gym owners ask
Is there a minimum term?
No. Cancel any time before your next box.
We already have a first aid kit. Do we need yours?
No. Choose the £9.99 welcome pack, confirm your kit meets BS 8599-1, and send us a photo of it on the wall before we list you.
How soon are we listed?
Within seven days of your order. We'll email you when your gym page and directory listing are live.
Can we change our sprays or how often the box comes?
Yes. Email us before your next box and we'll change it.
What if we run out before the next box?
Email us for a top-up at partner prices, usually sent the next working day.
Do our members get anything?
A free hygiene course, and a member code for 10% off at sportshygiene.com. Orders placed with your code also earn the gym 10%, paid quarterly.
We just use bleach. Why change?
Bleach attacks the vinyl in mats, which is why old mats go dull and crack at the seams. It needs mixing right, loses strength within a day and has to be rinsed off. Our mat cleaner is pH neutral, carries no hazard labelling, and needs no rinsing.
