Product is excellent team. Waited until I got all the way down to first bottle used. Will definitely be a returning customer, and have recommended to all of my gym and team as well. Hopefully you have had some good uptake from that/free marketing from word of mouth. I get really bad skin post training so actually apply it after shower just as back up protection.
Excellent product, excellent message to the sport about hygiene.
This product gives me so much confidence in being able to train every day without the risk of getting any skin infections which can be a huge problem in Jiu Jitsu.
Any hint of a suspicious mark and with a few sprays it drys up and puts my mind at ease.
With no bad side effects like anti biotics and with minimal time off the mats I’m able to carry on doing the sport I love.
I recently had a case of ringworm and within hours it had dried up and after a couple of days of rest there was no scarring and I was genuinely surprised with how well the combat sports hygiene spray treated it.
I recently restarted Jiu jitsu after 10 years off. In my previous club, good hygiene was taken seriously, and people were asked not to attend if they had any skin infection or issues that could transmit to others.
After restarting at a different club, I noticed that there was less enforcement. Fortunately, CSH showed up on social media - and I bought some Full Guard.
Having trained for some time now whilst using the spray before and after, I’ve not caught any infection.
I would say it definitely works, due to seeing people with potential staph or ringworm rolling on the same mat I’m using.

As the top ranked IBJJF purple belt (LG, M2) I take my training very seriously. I can not afford staying off the mats due to skin diseases. I use CSH each and every time I step on and off the mats. So far so good after 6+ months of consistent use.
