Why it matters after BJJ specifically
BJJ is an hour of close contact on a shared mat, soaking up your own sweat and everyone else's. A rushed rinse with whatever bottle's in the shower leaves you feeling like you haven't really got clean. The point of a good post-BJJ soap is simple: lather up properly, rinse clean, and walk out actually feeling fresh.
The skin on your arms, neck, feet and face takes the most contact - those are the areas that need real attention.
