Shared Gloves, Shared Pads, Endless Sweat
Boxing and Muay Thai are tough on skin in their own way. Hands spend hours inside damp, shared gloves, bodies clash in the clinch, and shared pads and bags pass sweat from one athlete to the next. Staying clean is how you keep training comfortable and keep your hands happy.
The kit below covers the two moments that matter most: a thorough wash after the session, and a rinse-free cleanse for your hands, face and gear when a shower is not an option.

FAQ
Boxing and Muay Thai Hygiene Questions
How do I stop my hands smelling after training in gloves?
Wash your hands and wraps after every session, dry your gloves out fully between sessions, and use a rinse-free cleanse on your hands when you cannot get to a sink. Fresh wraps make a big difference.
Soap or spray, which one do I actually need?
Both, ideally, because they do different jobs. The Athlete Soap Bar is your proper wash in the shower. Full Guard is a rinse-free cleanse for the moments you cannot shower yet, like the drive home or between matches. That is why we offer them together as a bundle.
Do I still need to shower if I use Full Guard?
Yes. Full Guard is a rinse-free skin cleanse for when a shower is not available, not a replacement for one. Shower as soon as you reasonably can, and use Full Guard to stay fresh in between.
Is Full Guard gentle enough to use every day?
Yes. It is a cosmetic spray formulated at a skin-friendly pH with no sting and no scent, designed for regular use on healthy skin.
How long does a bottle of Full Guard last?
A 150ml bottle usually lasts around two to three months with regular training. The three-bottle bundle works out at roughly six months of use for most people.
Are these products a treatment for skin infections?
No. Our soaps and sprays are registered cosmetics for keeping your skin clean and fresh. They are not medicines and are not intended to treat, prevent or cure any condition. If you have a specific skin concern, speak to a GP, pharmacist or dermatologist.
