Full Guard
For Females with Fight: The face spray for after the gym, built for ladies who don't quit.
- Gentle on skin
- Tough on sweat
- pH balanced
Built for intense exercise classes, combat sports and serious training. A fine, fragrance-free mist that cleanses and freshens post-workout skin in seconds, with no rinse and no residue.
Who it is for
Built for women who don't skip the hard sessions
Full Guard started on the mats. We built it for combat sports, where every session means sweat, close contact and often a long drive home before you get anywhere near a shower. Then the women in our community started keeping it in their bags for everything else they throw themselves into.
The boxing class that leaves your fringe stuck to your forehead. The reformer session that is harder than it looks. The spin class, the long run, the Saturday grading. If you train like it matters, your skin deserves better than a baby wipe and a hopeful look in the changing room mirror.
- Combat sportsBoxing, BJJ, Muay Thai, MMA and kickboxing
- Intense classesHIIT, spin, bootcamp, reformer and hot yoga
- Serious trainingRunning, lifting and functional fitness
Gentle. Tough. pH balanced.
Gentle on skin
No fragrance, no alcohol and no sting. Full Guard is an ultra-pure, optimised 200ppm hypochlorous acid (HOCl) mist. HOCl is a gentle compound your own body produces naturally, which is why Full Guard is comfortable for everyday use on face and body.
Tough on sweat
Made for the aftermath of the hardest sessions. A fine mist that cleanses sweat and post-training grime from the skin surface, then dries clear in under two minutes with nothing left behind.
pH balanced
Formulated to be pH balanced, gentle and non-stripping, so it sits comfortably on skin that has already been through a hard session.
The gap
The bit between your workout and your next thing
You finish spin at quarter to one and you are due back at your desk at one. Hot yoga runs straight into the school run. A lunchtime run ends in a meeting, not a shower. Your skin has spent the last hour in sweat, and whatever comes next, a proper cleanse is not happening yet.
Most gym bag fixes make that moment worse. Wipes drag across skin that has just been working hard. Alcohol toners sting. Scented mists leave a film and a fragrance that clashes with your own. Full Guard was made for exactly this gap.
Why women who train keep it in their bag
A mist, not a wipe
Nothing to drag across your skin. Spray it on, let it settle and leave it to dry. No rubbing and no rinsing.
Face, neck and chest
Use it anywhere that took the sweat, from your hairline down to your collarbones.
Lives in your bag
100ml and cabin-bag legal, with hundreds of sprays in every bottle. One goes a long way.

Where else it fits into your day
Between class and the office
When there is no time for a shower, or no shower at all, between the studio and your next meeting.
Over makeup
Light enough to mist over makeup when you want to feel fresh without starting again. Hold it at arm's length and let it settle. How it compares with a setting spray.
Alongside your skincare
Fragrance-free and alcohol-free, so it is simple to add to your routine. Using retinol or another active? Read our guide first.
Gym makeup days
Trained with makeup on? Our guide to wearing makeup to the gym covers what holds up when you sweat.
On the move
In the car after a run, at your desk, or in your bag on a long day. At 100ml it flies in hand luggage too.
On your bathroom shelf
Plenty of people keep a second bottle at home. Read about HOCl in your daily skincare routine.
Questions people ask
What is the best face spray for after the gym?
Look for something fragrance-free and alcohol-free that you do not need to rinse or rub in, and that is small enough to carry. That is the brief we built Full Guard to: a fine, pH balanced HOCl mist that dries clear in under two minutes.
Is Full Guard only for women?
No. Full Guard works for anyone who trains. We built this page for the women in our community who train hard and wanted a spray that keeps up with them.
Can I use it after combat sports like boxing, BJJ or Muay Thai?
Yes. That is where it started. Full Guard was made for combat sports, where sweat and close contact come with every session, and it is just as at home after a pad work class as it is after rolling.
What does pH balanced mean?
It means the formula is balanced to sit comfortably on skin. The surface of your skin is naturally mildly acidic, and a pH balanced product is made to suit that rather than work against it.
Is Full Guard a toner?
No. It is a rinse-free cleansing mist. Use it after a workout or any time you want to freshen up, then carry on with your usual routine.
Can I use it over makeup?
It is a light, water-based mist, so plenty of people use it to freshen up over makeup. Hold it at arm's length and let it settle rather than spraying close up. Our comparison with setting sprays goes into more detail.
Can I use it with retinol?
It is one of the questions we are asked most, so we have answered it properly in our guide to hypochlorous acid and retinol. Read it before adding anything new to a routine that includes actives.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is fragrance-free and alcohol-free, which is what most people with sensitive skin look for first. As with any new product, try it on a small area first, and if you have a skin condition, speak to a pharmacist or GP before use.
Does it smell?
No. It is fragrance-free, so nothing competes with your own products or perfume.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes. At 100ml it sits within the hand-luggage liquids limit for UK, EU and most international flights.
